Born and raised in the New Orleans area, Scott attended Jesuit High School and The University of New Orleans (BA). His professional career began in the restaurant business and he then spent 16 years in the advertising and marketing world as a sales rep, sales manager, and Sales and Marketing Director before becoming a real estate agent in November of 2012. As his real estate business grew, Scott formed the Gibson Group in 2015 and has been a multi-million dollar agent in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018. Scott and the Gibson Group Team Members have received numerous awards and continue to be one of the highest producing sales teams in the New Orleans area.
Steven Arthur is a life-long native of the New Orleans area. He lived in Mandeville until 1985 and now resides in Metairie, LA. A graduate of Bonnabel High School and the University of New Orleans, he went on to become a Sergeant in the Louisiana National Guard where he was awarded Soldier of the Year twice. Steven was also a former high school teacher before moving to a career in advertising sales. He has been a Realtor since 2012 and is also a licensed appraiser. Steven has a rare combination of experience as a sales agent, manager, realtor, and appraiser that gives him an unsurpassed ability to help his clients.
Nichole Valle Lobo has been a real estate agent since 2014 and is one of the first members of the Gibson Group. A native of New Orleans and of Honduran decent, Nichole is bi-lingual and is fluent in Spanish. Nichole graduated from The University of New Orleans where she received her BA in Business Management and a Minor in Marketing. Since joining the Gibson Group, Nichole has prided herself in her patient demeanor and heartfelt drive to serve her clients’ best interests. Joe was born, raised and has lived in New Orleans, Metairie, Kenner, Avondale, Westwego and Marrero throughout his lifetime. A Graduate of Ridgewood Preparatory High School in Metairie, Joe attended Delgado in New Orleans and studied architectural drafting and engineering in both the trade school and college. Prior to working in real estate, he worked as sub-contractor, general contractor and computer aided drafter/designer/illustrator. Licensed in Louisiana Real Estate since 2005, Joe has years of experience with many successful residential real estate transactions throughout the New Orleans Metropolitan area. Having worked with so many home buyers, investors, and sellers, Joe has the extensive knowledge and expertise to help his clients. Bonnie Ott was born and raised in Metairie. Bonnie is a graduate of Archbishop Chapelle High School and Southeastern College of Technology with a degree in Graphic Design. She worked in Marketing for Quebecor World Color Press until the corporate closed the New Orleans office in 2002. Bonnie began her career in real estate working as a Notarial Secretary for a Title Company. She received her real estate license in July of 2012 and joined the Gibson Group in 2016. The experience she gained with the title company gives her a unique ability to guide her clients with the full process of buying or selling their homes from beginning to end.
As a native New Orleanian, Renee graduated from Mount Carmel Academy and the University of New Orleans with a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Management. She started her Real Estate career after graduating from UNO, working for a commercial Real Estate development company on the Northshore. After 6 successful years of sales and property management, she operated her family’s air conditioning and refrigeration business which experienced tremendous growth and success over the past decade. She enjoyed working with all of her clients to help them solve not just their AC problems, but with her vast network of contractors, was able to help them find other contractors to fix other issues in their homes. She continued to manage her own personal real estate investments over the years keeping a close eye on real estate trends. Renee’s passion and enthusiasm for helping others motivated her to once again pursue a full-time career in real estate. Bill Hare is a proud to have been born and raised in the New Orleans area. A graduate of Jesuit High School, Bill went on to graduate from Louisiana State University. After starting his professional career in the computer networking and training fields, Bill has been heavily involved in the New Orleans Real Estate Market since Hurricane Katina. In addition to becoming a Realtor, Bill went on to become a General Certified Appraiser. Joby Weber was born and raised in the New Orleans Metropolitan area. He graduated from Archbishop Rummel High School and received a Bachelor’s Degree in General Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. He served for 23 years as Director of Operations/Chief Financial Officer of his own employment agency. His agency worked exclusively with individuals with disabilities, always striving for independence and client self-advocacy. His agency also received numerous top job placement and retention awards from the Louisiana Department of Social Services, Department of Vocational Rehabilitation and the Louisiana Workforce Commission. In addition, Joby established and continues to operate for the last 17 years a real estate development corporation specializing in single/multi-family investment rental properties, complete home renovation and/or new construction development as well as personally providing property management for all properties owned within his corporation. Given his work ethic, attention to detail, strong negotiation skill set and passion for the real estate profession, Joby decided to join the Gibson Group in 2020 as a full-time realtor. A resident of Louisiana for the last 30 years, Angie likes to work hand-in-hand with clients to establish thoughtful and intentional strategies and actionable plans to achieve their goals of home ownership, investment properties, or commercial development.
In her free time, Angie enjoys singing and playing piano and performing with her family of musicians which is no surprise for this LSU School of Music alumnus. She and her husband, Joe, have seven children and comprise their own musical ensemble. Angie and her family enjoy fishing, white water rafting, traveling, and attending live performance concerts.
