Located in Jefferson Parish, and is part of the New Orleans Metro Area. With a population at the 2010 Census of almost 140,000, Metairie is the largest community in Jefferson Parish. As the largest suburb of New Orleans, Metairie is located to the West to New Orleans and just minutes from all that the City of New Orleans has to offer. Metairie boasts a robust residential housing market, various local restaurants, shopping, Mardi Gras parades annually, and much more.

Located along the Mississippi River with a population of almost 400,000 in 2017, it is the largest city in Louisiana (by population). New Orleans is the economic center for the Gulf Coast Region. The residential housing market is strong and continues to do well with new condominium complexes in the City, restored and new construction homes, and modern amenities and businesses are developing across different areas throughout the city. New Orleans is best known for its unique cuisine, music, Mardi Gras, and its festivals. New Orleans is one of the most unique and diverse cities in the world and a beautiful place to call home! The City is part of Orleans Parish and the Metro New Orleans Area which had a population of almost 1.3M in 2017.

Kenner, LA

As a suburb of New Orleans and part of Jefferson Parish, Kenner has lovely residential areas, schools, shopping, restaurants, casino, and is home to the New Orleans International Airport, Louis Armstrong. The population was 66,702 at the 2010 Census and is located on the west side of Metairie and New Orleans. Kenner is also ideal for those looking for a home in the New Orleans area.

The Westbank

The “Westbank” is a local name for the cities in Jefferson and Orleans Parish located on the West side of the Mississippi River. With various residential communities, industrial areas, and amenities such as restaurants, shopping, schools, a robust commercial corridor, along with plenty of areas for fishing, the Westbank is a beautiful place to live. Some of the cities on the Westbank include Algiers, Gretna, Marrero, Harvey, Belle Chasse, and more.
