If you’re in the market to buy a new home, there are several things to consider before starting your search. Here are the main criteria you’ll want to let us know:

Are you pre-qualified with a lender? Keep in mind that no offers can be made without proof of funds/proof of approved financing. This should be your first step. 

What is your purchase price range?

What area(s) do you want to live? Maybe even what neighborhood.

How many bedrooms do you need?

How many bathrooms do you need?

How large of a home are you looking for? 1 story or 2 story?

Consider the yard size and other needs or desires like: swimming pool, garage, and any other amenities you’re looking for.

Do you need to plan based on school districts or distance to work?

Are you willing to renovate or should it be move-in ready?
